DJ Rentals FAQ

How does the rental process work?
Place your rental request online or contact us directly. Once confirmed, pickup is scheduled by appointment at our Oceanside location. At pickup, you’ll sign a rental agreement, provide valid ID and payment, and we’ll go over return time and basic operation.

Is pickup and return local only?
Yes. All rentals are local pickup and return only in Oceanside, serving San Diego and surrounding counties. We do not offer shipping for rentals.

What do I need to bring for pickup?
You’ll need:
- A valid government-issued ID
- The payment method used for the rental
- To sign a rental agreement before equipment is released

How long is the rental period?
Rental periods are typically 24 hours unless otherwise arranged. The exact return date and time will be scheduled at pickup.

What happens if I return equipment late?
Late returns may result in additional fees. If you think you’ll be running late, contact us as soon as possible so we can work with you when possible.

Is a deposit required
Some rentals may require a refundable security deposit depending on the equipment package. This will be disclosed before pickup.

What if something gets damaged?
You are responsible for the equipment during the rental period. Any loss or damage beyond normal wear may result in repair or replacement charges as outlined in the rental agreement.
